How will we get our news? Media panel set for Sept. 16
7:00 pm, Lincoln Room Kellogg Center

In conjunction with the Central Michigan chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and the MSU chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America, experts in both the "old" and "new" media will discuss where readers will get their news in the future, and what they will gain and lose in the process.

Panelists Ron Dzronkowski, associate publisher of the Detroit Free Press; Cindy Goodaker, executive director of Crain’s Detroit Business; and Bill Emkow, editor-in-chief of MLive.com, will discuss the future of the news industry and the evolution in digital media.

Russ White, a communications manager at MSU University Relations, will facilitate the program.  The event and parking is free.
